iTunes backup for iPhone is stupid

1. Cannot specify the backup folder
~/Library/Application Support/MobileSync/Backup/
2. Even my iMac has available space 200G and my iPhone storage is 47.5GB of 256GB Used, it still prompts no enough space to backup
3. Cannot specify the backup category/level like which apps/data will be backed up.

1. Download free XLD and transform ape/flac files to apple lossless files (m4a)

2. From iTunes on Mac, click File->Add to Library, select the files to add to iTunes
3. From iTunes click the iPhone icon, select "Music" under "Settings", select the files to sync or sync entire music library.
4. From iPhone, enjoy the music from Apple music
     may "Play my songs" via Siri
