清蒸青斑
1. 1.5磅左右游水青斑一条,洗净后滤15分钟
2. 葱一段、姜一块切成丝
3. 在鱼背上拉几道口子,将葱姜塞入鱼腹及盘底,在鱼背口子上洒满盐,倒上料酒生抽腌15分钟
4. 蒸锅水开后,将鱼放入蒸8分钟。关火闷1分钟,淋上炸花椒和蒸鱼豉油
